On behalf of Firdaus Siddik, I have pleasure in inviting you to our next Gala Dinner & Induction Ceremony, during which you will be inducted as a member of the Confrerie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. The details for this event are as follows:

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Gregory Zahn, Executive Assistant Manager of the Dharmawangsa, the Executive Chef, Chris Janssens, and his team are preparing an interesting and varied menu that only the Dharmawangsa is renowned for.

Below is the reservation form, please complete the form and send your form and contributions to Mr Ron Shafer no later than Friday, 21st of September 2001.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

• Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
• Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaine. Application forms can be obtained from me or any other Council Member.
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
