Welcome back from your long weekend break, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the last Dinner Amical for 2001; the details are as follows:

Date : Friday, 2 November 2001
Time : 19.00 Reception in the Drawing room
20.00 Dinner in the Mezzanine Ballroom
Venue : Hotel Aryaduta Jakarta
Contribution : Rp. 700,000 - Members & Spouse
Rp. 850,000 - Non-members
To be received no later than Friday, 26 October 2001
Dress Code : Formal - Black tie required
Decoration : Chaîne

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Roger Lienhard, the General Manager and the Executive Chef - Food & Beverage Manger Mr. Roger Habermacher, and his team are preparing an interesting and varied menu.

Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. The closing date has been set for Friday, 26 October 2001.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

  • Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
  • Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. Application forms can be obtained from me or any other Council Member.
  • Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.

We look forward to welcoming you and your guests on the 2nd of November.
