On behalf of Mr. Firdaus Siddik, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the first Dinner Amical for 2002; the details are as follows:

Date : Friday, 18 January 2002
Time : 19.00 Reception in Ballroom Foyer
20.00 Dinner in the Ballroom
Venue : Kempinski Hotel Jakarta
Contribution : Rp. 700,000 - Members & Spouse
Rp. 850,000 - Non-members
To be received no later than Monday, 07 January 2002
Dress Code : Formal - Black tie required
Decoration : Chaîne

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Michael Price, the General Manager and Mr. Patrick Ritter, the Food & Beverage Director. The Executive Chef Donald Pezar & his team are preparing an interesting evening to welcome 2002.

Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. The closing date has been set for Monday, 07 January 2002.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

  • Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
  • Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me, or Jean-Philippe Petit in Bali).
  • Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.

We look forward to welcoming you and your guests on the 18th of January.
