On behalf of Bailli Delegue, Mr. Firdaus Siddik, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the second Dinner Amical for 2002; the details are as follows:

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Frederic F. Simon, the Managing Director and the Executive Chef Graeme Ritchie & his team are preparing an interesting evening under a "fusion" theme. Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. The closing date has been set for Monday, 18th February 2002.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

• Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
• Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me, or Jean-Philippe Petit in Bali).
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.

We look forward to welcoming you and your guests on the 1st of March. Please also note that I have attached your membership renewal instructions along with this dinner notification, and I wish to remind you to be prompt with your renewals.
