On behalf of Bailli Delegue, Mr. Firdaus Siddik, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the final Dinner Amical for 2002; the details are as follows:

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Luis Fernandes, General Manager and the Executive Chef, Chris Janssen & his team are preparing an interesting evening under a Christmas theme. Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. The closing date has been set for Friday, 29th of November 2002 and for those of you who remember the last Dharmawangsa dinner you can understand why we expect to be sold out very early.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

• Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
• Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me, or Jean-Philippe Petit in Bali).
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
