On behalf of Bailli Delegue, Mr. Firdaus Siddik, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the Dinner Amical for 2003; the details are as follows:

Date : Friday, 21 March 2003
Time : 19.00 Reception at Al Nafoura
20.00 Dinner at Al Nafoura
Venue : Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta
Contribution : Rp. 1,000,000 - Per person for Members & Spouse
Rp. 1,200,000 - Per person for non-members
To be received no later than Friday, 14th of March 2003
Dress Code : Formal - Black tie required for Members and their guests
Decoration : Chaîne

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Jean-Louis Ripoche, General Manager and the Executive Chef, Karl Heinz Ritter & his team are preparing an interesting evening under a Mediterranean theme. Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. The closing date has been set for Friday, 14th of March 2003.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

  • Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
  • Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me, or Jean-Philippe Petit in Bali).
  • Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
