Under the personal supervision of Mr. Peter Stettler, General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Jakarta, and the Executive Chef, Desmond Hill, recently arrived Executive Sous Chef, and Turin native - Massimiliano and his team are preparing an interesting and varied menu that only the Grand Hyatt is renowned for.

Below is the reservation form, please complete the form and send your form and contributions to Mr Ron Shafer no later than Monday 21st April 2003.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

• Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
• Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. Application forms can be obtained from me or any other Council Member.
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
