On behalf of Bailli Delegue, Mr. Firdaus Siddik, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the first Chef's Table for 2003; the details are as follows:

Date : Friday, 5 September 2003
Time : 19.00 Reception in The Ball Room Foyer
20.00 Dinner in The Ball Room
Venue : The Dharmawangsa
Contribution : Rp. 1,000,000 - Per person for Members & Spouse.
Rp. 1,200,000 - Per person for non-members
To be received no later than Friday, 29th of August 2003 (booking by this date does not automatically guarantee seating)
Dress Code : Formal - Black tie required for Members and their guests.
Decoration : Chaîne

Under the personal supervision of Mr. Gert Kopera, General Manager, Executive Chef Chris Janssens & his team, comprising some of Jakarta's best Chefs are preparing an interesting evening which must be witnessed! Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. Please book early.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

  • Restrict guests to 3 per member including your spouse
  • Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me).
  • Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.

We look forward to welcoming you and your guests on Friday the 05th September.
