Under the personal supervision of General Manager, Mr. Daniel Lozano, Executive Chef Max Chin, & his team, including Do Van Minh and Ngo Tien Khiem, direct from Melia Hanoi, are preparing an interesting evening of the cuisine of the Blue Dragon! Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

• Limit guests to 3 per member including your spouse.
• Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me).
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
