On behalf of Bailli Delegue, Mr. Firdaus Siddik, I have the pleasure of inviting you to the first dinner amical for 2004; the details are as follows:

Date : Friday, 05th March 2004
Time : 19.00 Reception in Dua Mutiara II Foyer
20.00 Dinner in Dua Mutiara II Ballroom
Venue : The J W Marriott Jakarta
Contribution : Rp. 1,000,000 - Per person for Members & Spouse
Rp. 1,200,000 - Per person for non-members
To be received no later than Wednesday, 25th February 2004
(Booking by this date does not automatically guarantee seating)
Dress Code : Formal - Black tie required for Members and their guests
Decoration : Chaîne

Under the personal supervision of General Manager Mr. John Jaskula, Executive Chef Dieter Greigeritsch & his team are preparing an interesting evening of classic French cuisine. Applications will be accepted in order of receipt of a completed form and contributions so please send your registration to Mr. Ron Shafer early to avoid disappointment. Please note : seating is limited. Please book early.

May I please take this opportunity to remind you that due to an increase in our membership and limitations on numbers to enable the Chefs to provide us with the creative culinary delights expected at a Chaîne function, it has become necessary to-

REPLY ADVISING IF YOU ARE ATTENDING OR NOT

  • Limit guests to 3 per member including your spouse
  • Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Application forms can be obtained from me).
  • Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
