Under the personal supervision of Mr. Eddy Sugiri, owner of The Champa, Chef Bertha and her team will entertain us with their culinary journey called "Indochine Gastronomic Voyage"

Please send your reservation and contribution to Mr. Pri Notowidigdo no later than Tuesday, 12th April 2005. Mr. Pri Notowidigdo would prefer payment to be settled before the dinner day, NOT on the dinner time.

Please observe the following -

• Members & guests who will attend the dinner should be registered; otherwise the restaurant may refuse entry.
• Guests (excluding spouses) who wish to attend our dinners on more than two occasions should become members of the Chaîne. (Click here to obtain application form).
• Contributions should be paid at the time of registration and regrettably will not be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
