On behalf of the council members of the Bailliage de Jakarta, I have the pleasure of inviting you to our next Dinner Amical. The details are as follows:

The Bailliage de Jakarta and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel are pleased to start off the New Year with the cuisine of Italy, celebrating flavors pungent and sweet, aromatic and earthy. The Mandarin Oriental Executive Chef, Mr. Aldo Volpi, will give members a "Taste of Italy", under the organization of Mr. Andrew Abram, General Manager and Mr. Markus Schneider, Resident Manager. Please join us for this festive celebration, which will kick off a year of La Dolce Vita. Download the reservation form, complete it aand send it with your contribution to Mr. Pri Notowidigdo no later than Monday, the 16th of January, 2006. For those of you with a credit from cancelled Marriott dinner, please make sure to just send in your reservation form to secure a place.

Because the Chaîne demands the highest levels of culinary artistry from chefs, our dinners are small, intimate affairs. With this in mind, we remind you that we expect members to:

• Restrict your guests to three per member, including your spouse.
• Discuss with the Council members sponsorship of frequent guests so they can become Chaîne members in their own right, if they meet membership criteria. (Click here to obtain application form).
• Pay your contributions at the time of registration and prior to the event. Regrettably, contributions are not able to be refunded for cancellations received within 72 hours of the dinner.
