For the month of April, we are bringing to you an interesting German Spring Fair, prepared by Chef Michael Schauss, the new German Executive Chef of Shangri-La Hotel Surabaya.

This dinner will be a German feast with special ingredients especially imported from Europe such as asparagus, foie gras, sauerkraut, spices, jagermeister, obtwasserle or Riesling Auslese. This is an event definitely not to be missed. The details are as follows:
